Curtis Cunningham's Story
Curtis and Bonnie Cunningham are a husband and wife team, operating a photography and design studio out of their home in Smithers, British Columbia.
Having enjoyed photography as long as he can remember, Curtis' love for photography really began to deepen during a year-long trip to China to teach English in 1994.
After years of honing his skill, he began his freelance photography and design business in late 2004. Moving to Smithers from Abbotsford, BC in June 2007 has provided a great opportunity to focus on growing the business and developing friendships and networks. With Curtis doing the photography and design, Bonnie assists with some office duties, and helps out when the job requires both to go on location.
Previously, Curtis was a graphic designer and a "professional" student, with 8 1/2 years of post-secondary education attaining a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and an MBA in Economic Development along the way. Bonnie also works in Smithers at a long-term care facility.
