I would like to get business owners in our area to accent each others business, do more in referring customers from one business to another to help customers get what they want 'in town' Anyone have any good ideas or campaigns that have worked for their area?

Hi Daphne.
By being a part of your local Chamber of Commerce should introduce you to business owners in your area. Our area does "after five" get togethers. Invitations are sent out to all chamber members. You can be a host and these people will attend your after five at your location. This is a good way to introduce your business to your area business owners and start your networking. Through this means you will have opportunity to talk with area business owners and feel them out to joining services or banding together.
